Abstrakt

This project proposes a spiritual-assessment tool, including a needs-assessment survey and a Christian-identity survey, in order to understand the process of spiritual change in the lives of at-risk youth by accurately assessing these youth in their spiritual and developmental environment. Based on this assessment the project offers effective ministry strategies tailored to needs and identity.
