  • The researcher tested the Osborn Leadership Paradigm, a Christ-centered paradigm based on the Book of Ephesians, as a marital intervention strategy. This intervention stressed the importance of building a solid relationship with God as the foundation of Christian marriage. Participants attended training on the paradigm and were evaluated for marital saitsfaction. A key focus was on the husband supporting the wife in her self-differntiation to become what God made her to be. Staistical significance was found using the Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test, the Marital Satisfaction Inventory-Revised, and What Kind of Marriage Do You Have questionnaire.
