This dissertation describes a tool for providing spiritual formation resources to pastors in the SELC District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. The tool consists of ten sets of brief quotations from Christian spirituality resources, arranged topically. The author distributed the readings via e-mail and asked for reflective responses.
