Abstrakt

This project traces the development and implementation of an introductory training manual in conflict management for church leaders. Church leaders who are on the cutting edge of ministry must learn to accept and deal with conflict in a positive manner. This is the thesis of the project. An initial theology of conflict is developed and is compared with secular theories of conflict currently having influence. A rationale for the material is included as well as test results from the first group to use the manual. The manual proved to be a competent tool within a seminar setting.
