The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to promote an awareness of the call to career missions at First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Louisiana. The project director researched the factors that are most influential in shaping an individual's call to missions. The director interviewed missionaries and missions pastors. He assimilated the factors and led a workshop where a strategy development team collaborated to develop a strategy.
