Abstrakt

This project aimed to develop a discipleship strategy for Locust Fork Baptist Church in Locust Fork, Alabama. During the project’s first phase, the project director explored the external demographics within a fifteen-minute drive of Locust Fork, as well as an internal survey to assess the current spiritual condition of adult members. The project’s second phase consisted of researching the best practices of discipleship via current literature and local churches. The project’s third phase involved the project director leading a strategy team to develop a discipleship strategy for adults. The final phase of the project was to present the completed discipleship strategy to the Vision Team and to the church by way of a business meeting.
