  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy for Philadelphia Baptist Church in Deville, Louisiana, to engage in community missions and ministry in northeast Rapides Parish. The project director identified four churches with existing church community ministries and researched their models to gain knowledge of current strategies. The project director worked with the Philadelphia Baptist Church Missions Ministry Team to develop a community missions and ministry strategy for Philadelphia Baptist Church. Upon completion of the strategy, the project director, along with the Missions Ministry Team, presented the developed strategy to the congregation for adoption.
