  • The theological foundation of this project is the concept of perichoresis, describing the functioning of the Holy Trinity in sharing the vision of redemption of humankind. The contemporary literary foundation of the project is the concept of shared vision as described by Peter Senge. The research was done with five leadership teams within the congregation to determine the level to which they are vision-driven. The author determined the leadership culture was not truly vision-driven, and developed a plan of action to develop this in the future, responding specifically to issues raised in the research.
