Abstrakt

This thesis is an examination of Lincolnway Christian Church as it has gone through significant changes over eight years and an evaluation of the effect of the changes on the health of the congregation. The focus of this study is the change of health of the congregation from October 2004 to December 2007. This thesis will conduct an overview of the life of the church, examine the major change opportunities and changes faced by the congregation, evaluate the effect of the changes through the use of two survey tools, and propose a plan of action to promote church health.
