Abstrakt

This project proposes that greater use of small-group ministry could strengthen congregations and provide improved opportunities for individuals to experience spiritual growth and a deeper sense of fellowship within the church. Based on research into theological foundations and social uses of small groups, the project organizes, observes, and appraises small-group ministries in Saint Luke's Lutheran Church, presenting a model for three approaches to this work.
