Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to educate, encourage and equip the laity of the Korean Baptist Church of Jacksonville, North Carolina, for cell group ministry. The literary research investigated biblical and historical bases for cell-group ministry. The sociopsychological research assessed the quality of Christian community evidenced within the small group movement. The field research was helped by seven cell-group leaders of KBC. The evaluations by the cell-group leaders and members showed positive results of the cell-group ministry at KBC.
