Abstrakt

One of the challenges facing a national Christian media ministry is how to transition beyond the tenure of the ministry's original speaker. The author of this project studied these challenges in order to develop a strategic plan for transitioning Time of Grace Ministry beyond the tenure of Pastor mark Jeske. The research design utilized data gathering from selected national Christian media. This project identified ten strategic insights that address both ministry transition and leadership succession. Conclusions are reached and a strategic planning process is outlined.
