  • This project presents a model which can be used as an educational tool for presenting and preserving awareness of the African and African-American slaves' experience. Central to this model is its combination of education, worship and entertainment. The model was field-tested on 29 April 2000. The audience and participants were requested to complete questionnaires. The prevalent opinion was that the model does represent an overlap of education, worship, and entertainment, and that this, along with its multimedia presentation, enhances its potential application in a variety of educational and religious settings.
