Abstrakt

This project addresses the development of a purpose statement, goals, and strategies for a specific local church. The following material speaks of the process used to implement the foundational step into the life of a specific local congregation. The project includes two main sections. The theological section provides the key theological concepts which support and determine the methodology used in the accomplishment of this project. The second section is the actual narrative which examines each step of methodology used by the writer. The project concludes with an evaluation of the stated process.
