Abstrakt

The problem this thesis addressed was the apparent lack of focused servant leadership practice and training in evangelical churches. This mixed methods study revealed that there is a connection between church leadership development efforts and how the workforce views the leadership as servants. The researcher made seven recommendations to serve as a basis for creating a biblical servant leadership development program in an evangelical church.
