Abstrakt

This project attempts to integrate explicit theology with behavioral psychology and organizational development theory. Its goal is to establish a framework that will help churches deal with issues of human interaction and problem solving in a religious context. The project provides a model for effective intervention that focuses on double loop learning by governing boards. It uses techniques from the fields of action science and neurolinguistic programming.
