  • The thesis contends that a religious institute can be assisted by a facilitator to contextualize the power of its gift within its general chapter. Working within the Catholic tradition the study utilizes the Whiteheads' methodology and engages charism, general chapter, and facilitation ministry in dialogue with a 'thick description' (Browning) of a multicultural general chapter.
