  • The purpose of this thesis project is to develop, implement and evaluate congregational worship renewal in five selected congregations affiliated with the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches. After studying the foundations for worship renewal and the contextual analysis for worship today, churches developed worship renewal strategies to implement in their churches. Upon implementation, the strategies were evaluated and conclusions regarding worship renewal were given. This project addresses the concern that a theology of worship should be foundational to a church's understanding, practice and renewal of worship.
