Abstrakt

God has a purpose and a mission for the local church. The orders are provided in the Holy Scriptures, and every local congregation needs to know from God's Word why they exist and what they are attempting to accomplish. With the goal of developing a ministry plan for Fellowship Church of Carol Stream, Illinois, a dozen nearby churches were examined for ministry effectiveness utilizing the collecting and analysis of anonymous congregational surveys. The observations assisted in steering a long-term ministry plan that was geared toward a church that could produce greater evangelistic impact in the community of Carol Stream.
