Abstrakt

The project offers an effective leadership model during a church relocation process. The author addresses issues related to a failed relocation process, deteriorating facilities, and disunity. The goal of the project was to lead the church toward a missional focus, unity, and lay leadership development with a Wesleyan emphasis on the 'world as parish'.
