It contained elements of his spiritual journey, vision, mission, goals, epistemological assumptions, pedagogical values and practices. He developed a professional teaching portfolio which demonstrated how his teaching praxis reflected the stated values of his educational philosophy. he developed a student questionnaire to evaluate his personal teaching practice.
