Abstrakt

The author developed a personal statement of his educational philosophy, which reflected his biblical, theological, social scientific, and pedagogical values. It contained elements of his spiritual journey, vision, mission, goals, epistemological assumptions, pedagogical values and practices. He developed a professional teaching portfolio which demonstrated how his teaching praxis reflected the stated values of his educational philosophy. he developed a student questionnaire to evaluate his personal teaching practice. This project was not about teaching effectiveness or professional assessment, but was about him as a person, intellectual, professor, clergyman, and how he integrated his values into the public life of his classroom.
