  • This study follows one male preacher's attention to the context of women for preaching and the development and use of an inclusive preaching worksheet in preaching. The most significant conclusion of this work is that a sermon preparation worksheet can be designed and used to help a male preacher be sensitive to women's issues and to preach inclusively. The author learned that from a women's perspective, relationships are key to preaching and to ministry. By being sensitive to women's issues in preaching, one is enabled to be faithful to the message and ministry of Jesus Christ. Another important conclusion of this study is that when one focuses on women's issues in preaching one also speaks to males in the congregation.
