Abstrakt

The author's objective was to establish a process of leadership development that focused on shaping the heart of spiritual leaders. The process built upon three general areas of a spiritual leader's life. These were education, analytical skills, and direction setting. The educational aspect of this project emphasized and clarified certain principles and distinctives of spiritual leadership. The analytical aspect enabled the participants to appraise one's personal foundation for spiritual leadership. The directional aspect resourced the participants in formulating their own personal statement of life mission.
