Abstrakt

This project proposes an alternative program of Jewish family education in which 20 families meet once a month for four hours of family activities and breakout groups for all age levels. Family homework assignments reinforce the monthly sessions. After two years the participating families are strongly committed to this alternative program, and it is being expanded in its third year. The program has empowered parents to become positive role models for their children in the education process.
