Abstrakt

This project is to train the small groups' leaders in a youth fellowship in Pacific Grace Mennonite Brethren Church. There is a plan together with a training manual and the evaluation of the results of the research. The result shows that the small group leadership training group was successful in terms of relationships, giving materials, and promoting spiritual growth. Prayer and the relationship with God are the foundations of the ministry. The small group improved through collecting materials and lengthening discussion time. The purpose is to glorify God and do His will (1 Corinthians 10:31).
