Abstrakt

This project proposes that 'plateaued' churches in the Eastern Association of the North American Baptist General Conference should conduct regular, formal evaluations of their ministries as a first step toward revitalization. Based on a review of congregational statistics in the Eastern Association from 1985 to 1995, the project conducts a seminar for pastors and moderators to discuss the need for ministry evaluation and begin the process.
