Abstrakt

The problem addressed by this project is developing a broad systems approach to help congregations fulfill their mission. Currently the majority of the systems for helping congregations build a methodology that depends on a narrow number of factors within the congregation's structure. In essence they suggest that a congregation needs to move from one box to another box. This project proposes a new paradigm for congregational leaders to understand the interaction of the various components of congregational life and help the leaders apply a systems methodology to address their unique context that enables congregations to better fulfill their mission.
