- Abstract
- This project argues that the community of faith must understand the ways that children learn and perceive the world and the ways that faith develops in order to teach children responsibly. Based on research in faith development, human learning theory, and the theory of multiple intelligences, the project conducts a survey of multiple intelligence strengths in elementary age students, finding few differences between primary and intermediate students or between females and males. The project derives from this investigation implications for the worship experience in Christian education.
