  • Peter's life shaped his letters, which are full of motivational exhortations. This exegetical study is designed to define those motivational threads in Peter's life and writing in such a way that pastors, church leaders, and believers in general might see the Lord Jesus through the eyes of Peter; and in so doing be willing to speak up first, step out of the boat first, and look to the reward, living in a way that will insure 'an abundant entrance into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ' (2 Pet. 1:11, NKJV).
