Abstrakt

This project was designed to give the senior students of Indonesian Bible Institute in Indonesia an opportunity to learn servant leadership focused on humility as taught and modeled by Jesus and Paul. The researcher hypothesized that a twenty-hour seminar, in addition to theological training, would impact the participants to be actively involved in Christian leadership that is based on a servanthood concept. The project results, both quantitative and qualitative, suggest that the students as a group changed in their thinking. The results support that the seminar caused the students as a group to focus on humility in servant leadership.
