Abstrakt

This major project is the development of a seminar entitled: 'Leadership development for the Royal Rangers of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.' The thirty-four trainees were taught in thirty-eight sessions by nine alternating instructors. Some of the topics taught were organizational structure, qualifications of a good leader, starting a Royal Rangers outpost, leading boys to Christ, dealing with problems, campcrafts, planning a successful meeting, teaching aids and techniques of communications. The men were trained to reach and disciple boys for Jesus Christ, to enrich their own home lives and contribute to the ministry of their local churches.
