- This paper describes the lack of church identity at Woodland and the consequent development of clusters of members all demanding satisfaction of their own interests and having no concern for the interests of others. Asserting that God prescribes caring as a cure for diversity, the project attempted to teach the church to care and understand the identity of the people of God as a caring community. Personal contact, sermons, classes and administrative plans all played a part. The project brought about caring concern and ended divisions.
