The purpose of this project was to equip selected members in the congregation of First Baptist Church, Clinton, Mississippi, to lead a greeter ministry. Training included four instructional sessions that the project director led in four successive weeks. The selected members completed follow-up assignments for personal application. Through the initial training session, a PowerPoint presentation illustrated the importance of a greeter ministry. Session two explored foundational elements of the greeter ministry and the greeter lead team responsibilities.
