Abstrakt

This project conducts detailed studies of the meaning, characteristics, requirements, organization, and various kinds of services of elders and deacons, in order to help churches train church servants. The ministry of elders and deacons should be a team work, and the scope of such ministry extends beyond administrative services to include also pastoral services. The project can be used in a training program for teaching elders and deacons.
