Abstrakt

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness of Discipleship for leadership (D.F.L.) to equip individuals for godly leadership at Burlingame Church in Portland, Oregon. The claim of D.F.L. is that every willing believer is to be equipped to be a leader. This research was conducted in a small group setting over a period of about twenty-five weeks with five men. D.F.L. had a significant impact on the men who went through this experience and has dramatically changed their perspective of themselves and their role as leaders in the church.
