Abstrakt

The core values of China Ministry was initially communicated to the leadership of the Full Life Christian Fellowship (FLCF) through a practical value-casting method to increase their levels of understanding of, belief in, attraction to, and willingness to adopt of the core values in their ministry. The core values of the China Ministry for the FLCF have essentially five aspects: evangelism, church development, spiritual formation, servant leadership, and teamwork. This initial communication of the core values made a substantial impact on the leadership of the FLCF. The greatest impact of the training program of was in terms of the participants' willingness to adopt the core values in their ministry--especially the core values of servant leadership and teamwork. Their attraction to the core values had increased moderately. Their understanding of the core values had improved somewhat. Interestingly, as a whole, their belief in the core values increased, but less than belief in some areas of the core values. Implications for the China Ministry of the FLCF were considered.
