Abstrakt

This is a description of a leadership program for the Sunday schools of the Evangelical Congregational Church. The purpose is to provide a leadership tool using the systems approach to church management. Included is: 1) an introduction to and historical tradition of the Evangelical Congregational Sunday schools; 2) theological discussion; 3) a report of development, field test, teacher training, leadership training, and production of a manual; 4) evaluations and conclusions; and 5) appendixes which include instructional materials, a manual, and evaluation instruments.
