Abstrakt

This project brings together representatives from four different entities as partners in an effort to enable Hispanic mission churches to develop to maturity. The project first trains facilitators who then guide mission churches in investigating the profile of the community, studying the culture of the people, matching ministries with needs, and preparing a strategy to accomplish goals. The churches then implement the strategy.
