Abstrakt

Since sicknesses and diseases are contrary to God's plan for His creation, it is the thesis of this ministry project that in addition to providing opportunities for spiritual worship and Bible study, the church is also a social agency that should be equipped to minister to those with health problems. Therefore, the project director recruited twelve participants for the purpose of enhancing their awareness of and skills for ministering to people with the health-related problems of anorexia and bulimia nervosa, HIV/AIDS, and Alzheimer's disease. He achieved this equipping task through a series of six programs of lecture and discussion.
