Abstrakt

This project prepares selected church members to develop a strategy for evangelization of internationals in the local church community. A church in a transitional community may choose to relocate, insulate, or communicate. Attitude, knowledge, experience, and listening skills significantly determine effectiveness of cross-cultural ministry. Selected members developed an appropriate strategy, providing a model for other Anglo congregations in transitional neighborhoods. The project employed a variation of the pretest-posttest control group design to conduct and evaluate the training program.
