A slide presentation is developed as support for congregations that are changing pastors. Objectives include understanding the United Methodist appointment system, emotional responses to moving, and offering a planning tool. 'The Move Pac' for Pastor Parish Relations Committees, Pastoral Move Task Force, East Ohio Conference is reviewed.
