  • This project is a self-reflection and interpretation of the author's skills as a clergy leader in helping liberate a congregation from the practice and effects of cyclical destructive conflict management patterns. The primary interest of the author was to achieve greater clarity and refinement of his leadership skills as a change-agent within the liberation tradition model of ministry.
