  • This project is a self-reflection and interpretation of the author's skills as a clergy leader in helping liberate a congregation from the practice and effects of cyclical destructive conflict management patterns. The primary interest of the author was to achieve greater clarity and refinement of his leadership skills as a change-agent within the liberation tradition model of ministry. This report contains the author's theological perspective and ministry focus, issues, implications, and results of his ministry, and the insights he gained concerning his leadership skills as a change-agent dealing with church conflict.
