  • This study hypothesized that there would be an increase in spiritual growth, participation, and satisfaction of Grace Place church members as the result of a collaboratively developed and implemented vision strategy. The congregation was surveyed using the REVEAL Spiritual Life Survey. The researcher then led a strategic planning process to clarify the purpose, vision, values, and direction of the church. Changes were implemented based on survey data and group input before the same survey was administered again. The data supported the hypothesis, suggesting significant improvement in spiritual growth, participation, satisfaction, and overall morale.
