This thesis proposes a church-based, integrated, indigenous, and nonformal curriculum to develop leaders in ministry. The writer surveyed the churches and missions in India and South Gujarat. He discerned a biblical theology of New Testament leadership teams and their development. He studied the needs of leaders through a demography survey and developed a curriculum with resources from BILD. This curriculum had three stages: mastering the basic principles, building character and ministry concepts, and doing theology in culture and civilization.
