This thesis proposes a church-based, integrated, indigenous, and nonformal curriculum to develop leaders in ministry. The writer surveyed the churches and missions in India and South Gujarat. He discerned a biblical theology of New Testament leadership teams and their development. He studied the needs of leaders through a demography survey and developed a curriculum with resources from BILD.
