Abstrakt

This thesis seeks to articulate a vision for congregational leadership, one which depends on a flow between leaders and people with congregational leaders seeking to act as the servants of the servants of God. Such servant leadership makes power more abundant and leaves others more creative, imaginative and forward thinking. Leadership thus understood is a relationship of mutual influence between partners in the gospel who share their dreams and visions in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
