Abstrakt

The project focused on establishing a pattern to guide an area BSU director through supervisory sessions with volunteers. The writer met weekly for six weeks with each of four volunteer directors. Each supervisory session was structured to cover specific learning assignments for both the volunteer and the supervisor. Various instruments facilitated each learning activity, including planned reading, skills development, and a covenant for ministry and supervision.
