  • The objective of this project is to create a curriculum to focus on multicultural understandings of grief for use in Clinical Pastoral Education programs. There is very little in the current literature that provides a conceptual framework for assessing the impact of culture on the grieving process from a theological/pastoral point of view. A qualitative process is used in this project to evaluate the usefulness of the curriculum in heightening awareness, increasing knowledge and facilitating improved pastoral care practice among Clinical Pastoral Education students.
